Joe Lin, a master of business administration in National Taiwan University and a doctor of computer engineering in University of Minnesota, America, mainly focuses on artificial intelligence and analytic model, authentication and transfer of Microsoft cloud technology, Internet of Things, big data, streaming media, large-scale cloud technology design and development. He published more than 30 technical papers and had 6 patents. Joe Lin was a technical manager of Apple and the assistant manager of IoT of Quanta Computer.

He is a TAC2 senior telecommunication engineer of Munich Germany, the regional general manager of  AVIC Yangtze River Construction Project, general manager of ZhiSu Era information technology company in Beijing, a foregoer of China Unicom 3G portal and Coca-Cola web portal project as well as a technical manager and marketing manager of China Union in Guangdong.
