AOUBT THE LECTURE
This study uses the microeconomic data of Chinese enterprises and individuals to analyze the differences between the SOE and the private sector on workers' labor income and consider the differences in the impact of the two sectors on the wages of rural household registration and urban household registration workers. The results show that the increase in capital levels in the private sector is positively related to the wages of domestic and foreign urban household workers, while the increase in capital levels in state-owned enterprises is only positively related to the wages of local urban household workers. So I put up with a unilateral movement of labor force between SOE and private sector model named ROY to explain and prove the research result.
