American anxiety to Chinese development: Relationship among great powers

ABOUT WANG WEN
Professor Wang Wen, executive director and of Chung Yeung Financial Research Institute of Renmin University of China, General Secretary of Green Finance Professional Committee of China Finance Society, researcher of Financial Research Center of Counselor’s Office of the State Council, and executive director of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences World Socialism Research Center, was the editor (in charge) of Global Times editorial board and the winner of 2011 China News Awards. He has published more than 300 articles on kinds of newspapers like Qiushi, People’s Daily and others. He published many books including Strategy, American Anxiety, Illusion of Great Powers, World Governance: A Study of the History of Ideas, 2016: China and G20 and other 20 masterpieces. Since 2014, he has been awarded Top Ten Thinkers in China and Leaders of China's Development and Reform in 2015. He is a consultancy expert of the Development and Reform Commission, the People's Bank of China, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Finance, the China Department of the CPC and the CSRC. In the 2016 philosophy and social science work forum that General Secretary Xi Jinping presided over, Wang Wen is one of ten speakers.


ABOUT THE LECTURE
Wang Wen wrote that China's total economic output will exceed the United States in his book American Anxiety. This prejudgment is not much controversy in United States in 2016, but the American elite are not willing to accept China is First and sensitive to the possibility of China to shake the global leadership of the United States. With the advance of China's One Belt and One Road, the development path of emerging countries represented by China has become the focus of world attention. The world needs China to provide better solutions. China's ideology and wisdom have been attached great importance and gradually back to the peak of history.
