ABOUT LEI YUANJIE
Dr. Lei Yuanjie graduated from Wuhan University, now working in Science and Technology School of Mathematics and Statistics of Huazhong University. He is mainly engaged in the study of nonlinear partial differential equations, and has done a series of work in Boltzmann equation and related dynamical equations; publishing more than 10 papers in Comm. Math. Phys., JFA, J. Stat. Phys., J. Differential Equations and other international journals published.

ABOUT THE LECTURE
The Vlasov-Maxwell-Boltzmann system is shown to converge to the Vlasov-Poisson-Boltzmann system globally in time at the limit of infinite light velocity. This is a joint work with Prof. Jiang Ning and Prof. Zhao Huijiang.
