Job Title: Fermentation Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Test genetic engineering strains.
2. Study fermentation technology of Chinese style.
3. Make and prepare fermentation strains.

Qualifications:

1. Master’s Degree or above in biological engineering, fermentation engineering, microbiology or other related majors.
2. Minimum of 2 years of work experience in bio-fermentation.
3. Applicant with experience in foraging micro-biological additives and operating aseptic technique preferred.
4. A strong sense of responsibility and hard-working spirit.
