Introduction of the lecturer:

*Doctor Ed Mayberry is a performance consultant in the San Francisco Bay Area and he is an adjunct professor with Capella University’s Graduate School of Education. *He has Over 15 years of experience with large US based International companies spanning the following industries: Finance, consulting, eLearning, engineering, education and healthcare. His experience includes: Talent management, succession planning, performance consulting, organizational development, instructional design, training/eLearning, compensation re-design, and conducting employee interviews. In 1998 he earned his doctoral degree in Instructional Technology from NorthernIllinoisUniversity. He also holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Development and a Bachelors degree in Organizational Communication.
